Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (holidays, product launches, or promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times below are estimated from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier, and local conditions.

Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: Single-pack orders of Sheet products are shipped without tracking. If you have questions about the status of an untracked order, please contact our customer support team.

Carriers

For U.S. orders, your package may be delivered by any of the following carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS First Class Mail

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Parcel Service

  • Amazon

  • FedEx

  • Veho

  • DHL

For international orders (Canada, Australia, UK), the carrier is determined by our regional fulfillment partner and may vary.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, here’s what to do:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking updates. Carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors outside our control.

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, your building’s mail room, or any secure delivery location at your address.

  • If your package appears lost or has not updated in transit for 7 or more business days, please contact our customer support team. We’ll work with you and the carrier to locate your order or find a resolution.

International Orders — Duties & Tariffs

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or control these fees. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
