Shipping policy

Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3-5 business days with USPS shipping. Each shipment is carbon offset. Within that window, please note our carriers will pass off your order to your local USPS office.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after your package has shipped.

Orders placed through our website ship within 1 business day. On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we may ship in 2-3 business days. This is extremely rare and we aim to ship every order on the same day.

All international orders will ship from our United Kingdom warehouse. International orders may take upwards of 3-4 weeks depending on your location. For other international orders, please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or tariffs that may be accumulated upon arrival to the destination country.
